Any impact, small or large, in a body of water creates an ever expanding ripple.

I think about how I can make a positive impact that might expand our and impact even more people in a positive way.

A thought…

Maturity seems to be correlated to experience.

Experience comes from time and/or action.

Time develops maturity through experiences.

Action develops maturity though experience.

Lots of action over a period time will develop more maturity that time alone can.

The perception of what a lot of work is seems to continually shift as I mature.

The ability to sit focused for long bouts of work, for me, feels like a skill to be honed gradually.

Like exercising to build muscles & endurance.

Like honing iron in a sword over a long period of time.

I’m always amazed by the learning opportunities I to find in the small moments.

The lessons learned, in the overlap of the personal and professional moments.

Reminder to myself - there are lessons to be learned everywhere… if you’re willing to look for them.
