I think he had some strange ways. I don’t think he was necessarily bad. I remember he was on a children’s Saturday morning TV show taking calls and he was really short and abrupt with one child that phoned in and Moore couldn’t understand him.

He had a hatred of Germans, he was opposed to female newsreaders and he exaggerated his war time contributions. I heard about someone that was writing a book with him about stone circles and he suddenly stopped corresponding with them midway through the project.

The way it was told to me was there was a chance he could have been tried for treason and the establishment didn’t want that so they gave him a warning to stay away and he did.

Well Nick Ferrari says he lived in the US and ate chlorinated chicken and he says it didn’t do him any harm. Not sure FerrarI is a good poster boy for healthy eating though.

As I young boy in the 70s I took an internal flight in the US. The man sat next to me opened his briefcase and there was a gun inside. He complained to my mother that the pilot insisted on removing the firing pin before he boarded.

Saw an article about how Alistair Brownlee has solar panels all over his house powering his house and car. Reform Herbert’s were saying how stupid he was. Powering your home and car for nothing is, apparently, stupid.

I don’t blame Jake or Anthony, I blame Netflix and the promoters. You could probably find an idiot out there that would agree to fight à lion but it shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Boxing is a dangerous business.
