General election is another 4 years yet. In the meantime, we have the Scottish parliament and Welsh assembly elections next year plus various local elections, and by-elections as and when required.

It's a basic lack of organisation.
If a child is not at registration because they're at a meeting or activity, then there needs to be a separate registration for that meeting or activity. Shouldn't be hard and yet...
