Ce weekend j'etais dans une des super équipes de la game jam " les rendez vous de l'histoire"on a créé un petit jeu en 48h avec un chercheur sur l'évolution de la langue française,latin > français moderne

j'me souviens de cet entretien d'embauche qui avait duré 2H pendant lesquelles la DA avait essayé de me convaincre que je n'étais pas une vraie senior si je n'arrivais pas à faire du multitâche.... good times XD

It's my birthday! I just finished the prologue to my webcomic LADY FAY, a monster wife/wizard romance fairy-tale! 🥳✨🌹

When a kingdom is threatened by the unstoppable wrath of a fairy, the only one who seems able to stop her is a strange old wizard who may not be as innocent as he appears.

Panel 1 to 3 : Corpses of slain knights are scattered in the hall of a mystical gothic castle. One lays dead on the ground, a bunch have been petrified into stone statues, one has been pierced with multiples swords, another is hanging from thorny vines. Among them, a mysterious woman with pointy ears, long dark hair and a cape made of brambles is walking, indifferent to their gruesome fate.
Panel 1, voice-over : Have we ever heard back from the knights we sent over?
Panel 3, ditto : No, my lord.
Panel 4 is a full-page ensemble shot, shows more dead knights. Some have been decapitated, others are impaled on stone pikes, another in the foreground have been strangled with vines. The dark silhouette of the woman is walking away.
Voice-over : None have been seen again.

Panel 1 : A large medieval wooden gate loudly open.
Panel 2 : The door creeks. A king, queen and their assembly, inside the room, looks over.
Panel 3 : A hand slashed with multiple scars pushes the door open.
Panel 4-5 : Concerned courtiers watches the stranger entering, everyone is silent, we can only hear his footsteps. He seems to be dressed in a raggedy red cape and old robes, contrasting with the richly dressed crowd.
Panel 6 : Guards are trying to intercept the newcomer. The captain screams and orders : "HALT! What are you doing here?! Serfs aren't allowed inside the war room! Soldiers, escort this vagrant back to the keep!" Then, another person from the crowd, dressed in ecclesiastical garments, comes to the rescue of the stranger : "WAIT!" They plea to the guards.

Réaction du gars quand l’encadrement des loyers est arrivé à Lyon : « J’ai entendu parler du dispositif mais je ne me suis pas penché dessus en détail. »

Il possède 4 bien en location.

Personne ne va pleurer.

Métropole de Lyon. « Je vais vendre mes biens à Lyon… » : ce propriétaire risque de payer 27 000 euros pour non-respect de l’encadrement des loyers

Christophe a reçu un courrier le sommant de rembourser 12 000 € de loyers trop-perçus et le menaçant d’une amende de 15 000 €.
