The most recent (discontinued in 2018) apple airport express could do this. Used ones can be bought pretty cheaply. As long as apple's configuration app is still available and works on phones it's probably still possible to do it now.

They're my favourite kind of tweets, enthusiastic *and* informative! :) The struggle to keep my visits to see mr button down to a sane number has been hard, but I've managed so far! It's helped that people kindly share videos of the curtain call song :)
