in the last 14 days i have walked more than 350,000 steps, so why am i still porky, i have never been this light and this fat at the same time is it cause i am old, yes thats it i is old i am so old i remember the 60's

get fit or die walks, today i walked from Preston to Garstang 31km 44,000 steps fell a few times twisted both my ankels cut bleeding and brused but have finish walking all of the Lancaster Canal inside of 10 days

more from my get fit or die walks i walked from Oxenholm to Morecambe today 50,000 steps 33km or there abouts, but of flooding i had to wade through and a few dead ends but made it after about 8 hours

put a kilo on this week so went for a 27 kilometer walk, arived at sunderland (point) just as the tide turned so was able to walk down the road with only getting my feet wet

today my walk or die get fit program took me to Arnside then along the coast dodging the sinkingsand to Silvedale then cross country to Warton and finaly a brief encounter at Carnforth train station altogether 21 kilometers, last time i was up that way i had a partner i cryed a little but thats ok
