I finally got around to making my own 12-field animation paper. Needed to trim A3 paper to size and make stencils for the Acme peg holes to punch out manually, which takes a LOT of trial and error...

But hey, it's a start!

The THIRD time... this is the third time I've been sick within the past few months, with ALL of these lasting a week or more...

To my digital artist friends out there who use a screenless tablet, do you guys use tablet stands and have any recommendations on what to get?

I'm getting tired of haphazardly propping up my tablet and can't really draw having it lay flat like this:

A couple sketches of cat girls, one wearing a necklace on the top right with her large buttocks and thighs facing the camera while flirtatiously glancing at the viewer, and another on the bottom right wearing two bow ties and bearing a fur pattern similar to a Siamese cat. These sketches were drawn with a red Col-erase pencil in a Staedtler pencil nib holder to save on pencil usage, on white printer paper that was cut with an Xacto blade and pasted onto larger paper using rubber cement. The paper is placed on a cutting mat as seen in the photo.

I've hardly drawn at all for myself this year, it's mostly just been commissions. As far as my own OC drawings, here's what I have had cooking for the past handful of months, including WIPs I abandoned.

I don't believe it's ever too late to start drawing. If you really have the desire to and are willing to put the effort in, and you really like it, regardless of age that's what's important.

Another thing that helps for what I want in a sketch is line of action, which I demonstrated very roughly here for a Discord friend.

Essentially, making sure every part of a pose (be it limbs, appendages like tails/hair/ears) follow the line of action.

What do Thanksgiving celebrators here do with cranberries

I can't join people on the yearly cranberry sauce debacle cause my family never has that at all. We DO make a frozen cranberry salad in a Bundt mold for dessert. It's got pineapple, walnuts and whipped cream, and it's almost like ice cream
