Correction: Norway is mostly hydro, but non-renewables are only 2%. France is only 6% carbon.

In the UK we have an even better situation. We stopped burning coal over a year ago, so our stats look like this for the last year: gas is 29.3% while solar+wind is 38.7%. Add in nuclear+hydro and all non-carbon generation is 52.9%. Biomass is 7.3% so that makes the totals:

C: 36.6%
Non-C: 52.9%
