Idfk if pundus has already set the Negh'Tev's scale up, but I did a bit of math and here's the legit length 1:1 compared to the STO model of the Negh'Var

If the STO art team really wanted to update the D'khellra, I'd honestly think they're better off redoing it from scratch to match the original's proportions. but at least I can say that if they wanted to see what it could look like in a 3D format, My version's there for reference.
