Something I love about Police Care UK - they are there for retired officers too. That’s why it’s a pleasure to attend the RPOAS annual conference with stalwart Tom Rintoul (retired in 1989!) As one speaker said, they are ‘Wholeheartedly supportive and refreshingly bullshit free’.

Having used the consulting room of a fellow therapist I have got my own consulting room in Ayr. Feels 😧, but I have been focusing on the opportunity to listen about the amazing lives of more people and get them to somewhere they deserve and want to be.
