Wanted to try making a script from scratch that created a box when you click and drag, kinda like in Windows or smth. Couldn't finish it in time before I left work, but hoping to finish it tomorrow.

Did a toooooon of video editing when I got home from work.

Did part of GD's official 3D tutorial today, didn't get to finish it tho.

Somebody needed money help, and I was able to help them out. They repaid me, plus extra on the 22nd!! I was very appreciative, as were they.

Didn't have much time to mess with GD, but I did play around with a project a lil bit. Got home, made dinner and then craaaashed

Mondaaaaay back in the office. Finished a Godot tutorial in the afternoon, and started another one. Had to debug something in the script which really helped me understand the process a bit more. Yayyy

choice between the two views is good, but personally I like orthographic

Maybe my most productive day!!

Finish a bunch of stuff for my fake OS, modeled a UI element in Blender(still have to texture it), wrote some stuff for a YT vid script, did some video editing.

I did it all today it was sooo nice being this productive. Felt like I was making up time!!☺️

Jan 17.

My plans fell through for this saturday so I hang out with friends in VC and did more design work on my fake OS.

Listened to the new Chuu album, and duuuude it was so good. They popped off on this one!!

Then my friends and I browsed Neocities for awhile. Got me really inspired!!

Jan 16.

My weird youtube channel idea where it's entirely in a fake OS is slowly coming together!! Finish a major design element for that. Posting this on my phone, so no pics rn.

Also did a bit more video editing before bed.

I gotta be more regularly updating this, been so busy I keep forgetting abt it. 😵‍💫

Did a ton of video editing after work, for a podcast. Really happy with how everything came out!

Played around in Godot trying to make some kind of menu thingy from scratch. Didn't end up finishing it, as I realized to apply what I've been reading, I'm best off trying a tutorial to put something together. So I started Godot's 2d tutorial.
