Major issue with Reeves budget is that she’s killed plug-in hybrids. The range of these cars on petrol is often four times the electric range. So drivers will be paying fuel duty and 1.5p electric duty. So they’re done. Back to petrol and diesel for many I think.

Taxing private pension contributions while increasing the state pension and keeping the £20,000 ISA allowance for over 65s is an absolute betrayal of the young. Why on earth do over 65s need an increased ISA allowance.
