Socialist, love cricket, theatre and food.
There's no mystery. The massive victory wasn't earned. It was gifted. It wasn't smart politics or superior communications or more appealing policies. It was a Tory implosion. Starmer and co. were always this poor.

They didn't really have any political savvy in opposition. They were alienating their base long before the keys to no10 were handed to them by the Tories.
January 8, 2026 at 3:21 PM
Oh I think she's aware of them, she (and Trump) just doesn't care.
January 5, 2026 at 10:57 AM
The rabid right wing press have been going after Zack Polanski and the Greens have surged up the polls. We can't just blame Labour's demise on the media.
December 18, 2025 at 10:00 PM
No they didn't have 'everything going for them'. Its very clear that the Tories support collapsed, which is what gave them a large majority not that there was any love for Labour. Aping Reform and alienating the left is never going to win you support.
December 18, 2025 at 11:40 AM
I can't stand her. She's a Tory masquerading as Labour.

But this? It's nonsense.

It's NOT a fall in immigration. It's a fall in NET immigration.

It's still going up, just not as fast. Maybe that's why it wasn't headline news.
November 28, 2025 at 9:15 AM
Because most people will not understand the difference between net migration and immigration.

They will assume the question is talking about immigration and answer accordingly. And if that was the question, they would be right.

They will support anything that divides us. The more we fight over things, the more they can strip away our rights.
November 23, 2025 at 8:28 AM
Characters who make a date but don't actually discuss where and when.
November 22, 2025 at 7:31 PM
Partly that Labour have spent too much time focussing on what the RW media are saying.

Trying to appease them was never going to work.
November 20, 2025 at 11:20 AM
I want him in front of a jury.

The rest of the stuff, don't care, since it will have zero effect on him.
October 22, 2025 at 11:39 AM
It's the disproportionate size of the fine - especially considering the lack of enforcement against the big polluters of our water.

A gentle warning would have been appropriate at most.
October 22, 2025 at 10:51 AM
It's about time Starmer actually started trying to do these things then.
October 21, 2025 at 9:08 AM
'Real' labour - you know the one with all of the Tory policies.
August 21, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Why on earth is he welcome?

He's been the Comical Ali of the Tories for years - regularly wheeled out to bulls**t on for the party at every cock up.

Every member of the public who knows who he is, knows he's a joke.
July 24, 2025 at 10:25 PM
The nonsense spoken about his voting record continues.

Nearly every time he voted against Labour, it was when Labour sided with the Tories.

He almost never voted with the Tories against Labour.
July 24, 2025 at 10:15 PM
The purpose of it is to drag the Overton window back to the left and give Socialists someone they can actually vote for.
July 24, 2025 at 10:08 PM
Starmer and his backstabbing friends did that.
July 24, 2025 at 10:03 PM
Where did you get that from? There is no limited company set up for this new party.

The disinformation has started already.
July 24, 2025 at 10:02 PM
You mean because it’s currently being run through his Peace Project? Setting up a new party without the admin support of an existing group is nearly impossible. This will be the only party that's truly democratic—and you're worried about the privacy policy? Come on, get real.
July 24, 2025 at 9:56 PM
Oh look, no answer, what a surprise.
July 17, 2025 at 4:44 PM
No, it's because the establishment has control of the Labour Party.

You think socialists are cranks? Heaven help this country with your friends in charge.

When Farage and his cronies win the next election, be proud of what you have achieved.
July 17, 2025 at 4:43 PM
And that's a tired old response to the argument.

Yes, of course, there is antisemitism on the left as well as the right. Was it weaponised against Corbyn? Yes, of course it was. Both can be true. But hardly anyone wants to admit it.

So why do you think they are quiet? What's your explanation?
July 17, 2025 at 10:20 AM
Funny how the outrage fades when the left isn’t a threat. The antisemitism claims were weaponised to undermine Corbyn. Diane Abbott doesn’t scare the establishment—so the usual voices go quiet.
