My first experience with Linux was with Slackware 96 that came in the back of a MIS Press Linux Programming book.
After that I ordered every Walnut Creek CD I could afford. I had all the Slackware ones and a load of FreeBSD, OpenBSD and NetBSD ones too.
I can remember throwing them out :-(

In attempt to finish my Pac-Man clone I've been researching sprite collision and bounding in #Z80 #assembly on the #AgonLight2 and I've finally managed to get it working.
I can now move this code into the main game and maybe start looking at getting some actual game play working 😀

Over the weekend I got my Hayes Optima 28.8k modem's motherboard swapped out with a WiFi Retromodem from Tindie.
The board simulates a proper dial up connection, and all the LED's match up perfectly too. It's such a tidy setup.
Next up is getting FidoNet and QWK working.

I'm really sad that Robert Redford has passed away. One of my all time favourite films is Sneakers, which he plays the leading role in.
It's not an amazing film as far as films go, but it's one that had a huge impact on me and my career.

My PCB is different to yours, and I think the wire colours AND pin-out is different. /1

I've been working on a Bash-like shell for the Neo6502 recently in assembly language. I've got it to the point where it's actually quite functional!
There's a *long* way to go with it, but the skeleton of the project is there, so overall I'm quite pleased with myself!
