One problem with students using AI is that they might lack required knowledge to learn a new concept. Fill this gap by first prompting AI to list out all prerequisites to the new topic. This becomes a useful tool to knowledge-check prior to new learning.

AI Scaffolding: Teach students to use AI to develop their ability to structure their learning. The focus should be on building the right level of scaffolding to reach an answer, rather than simply receiving one.
