Amazing, amazing, amazing. Best interview I've read in ages. Young Borg is seared into my memories. Here's what your piece looked like in my Guardian America (my best investment):

Hard not to be wistful when reading this unassuming review of "Red Line" by
@jobywarrick.bsky.social. "I worked with the author." Yeah, that's one way of putting it. We didn't know how good we had it, Mr. Graham.

Yes! Really superb stuff from Cirian Murphy.

Here's how the official tournament app chose to treat its defending champion. Good for Poppy.

Yes! First thing I saw this morning. Classic.

You don't get enough credit for simultaneously holding down the macro energy policy and whipped ricotta on toast camps.

I found this other photo from the same night making it even more apparent.

@robarmstrong.bsky.social @janinegibson.ft.com While I enjoyed this reader's neat response to Rob's excellent take on monograms, I couldn't take my eye off the picture above - that's Dennis Wilson, not brother Brian. See the other photo from the same night where this is more apparent.

@heatmap.news @jessedjenkins.com @robinsonmeyer.bsky.social Love Shift Key! Keep up the great work. Show idea: "Maybe Shai Agassi Was Right?"

Such break-through appeal that the NYT can accidentally omit her name and we all know what's what (this is today's print edition).

Looks great in print, Rana. I bought both right after reading your piece.

I am always so thrilled to read your reviews in print, Sarah. Your thoughts on ‘Fiddler’ are equally as dazzling as the production.

I loved this article, Mercedes. This part is amazing:

Reading my print copy right now! Awesome reporting by you and Stephen.

Great piece of review writing, thank you. I enjoy all Philippe Sands' work and will buy this new one on the strength of your recommendation. This caught my eye: was "vain, glorious" meant to be "vainglorious" here?

I highly recommend “Barons” by @austinfrerick.bsky.social. Even in the chapters where I thought I knew a lot (the JAB Coffee Barons, for example), I learned a lot. The Louis Brandeis backgrounder in that chapter was awesome.

His book is excellent. I recommend the audio version. He's very enjoyable company for six hours and nine minutes.

@sarahhemm.bsky.social Always such a treat to read your pieces, Sarah. I loved this review of “Churchill in Moscow.” Brilliant make-up on Roger Allam and Peter Forbes!

@dorianlynskey.bsky.social Loved “The Ministry of Truth,“ so I was very excited to see a review of your new work in today's NYT print edition. Congrats!

Brilliant stuff as usual from you and Harriet, Brooke. And you picked out the best quote -- I had it circled in my print copy!

‘“I haven’t been there for 15 years, so I cannot vouch for the current quality,” she had WhatsApped me.’

I think we have our answer.

Did David get comp-ed the swordfish? (curiously missing here).

@dallasnews.bsky.social “Garibaldi Bazaar sets closing date“ -- Well done, María Ramos Pacheco: “The Home Depot location in Mesquite is less than 10 minutes from the bazaar.” And, the Garland Road location is just 4.8 miles, no highways.
