Sort of. There’s Jury Nullification. If a JURY votes that the law should not be enforced in spite of the facts, the judge is obligated to consider the verdict after likely motions to ignore jury verdict.

They will then start to listen to us realists who have said all along the only way we see ALL the files is via leaks. And, that, in turn invites a problem with authenticating - and the countermove of putting out a bunch of BS by MAGA to muddy the waters further. But, that's the only path, IMHO.
