Hi! My name is Andrzej, I'm a Game and Systems Designer. I've worked on The Witcher 3, both its expansions and was one the gameplay leads on Vanilla CP2077. Currently at Raw Power Games, building something absolutely amazing :)

And on that topic, I ask again, why would anyone want to join these companies nowadays, if they are essentially there on the clock to be either laid off or replaced. Even considering how difficult the current situation in gamedev is, that seems like a risky move for anyone to make.

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. Replacing people with AI tools (people who helped you build and train it, btw.) is absolutely indefensible. Considering the fact King has been consistently printing money for years, it's an odd excuse to say that "bussiness isn't growing". Why does it have to?
