If he is really concerned he should ask Danielle Smith to use the creature of the legislature power, supported by section 92 of the Constitution Act 1867 to dissolve the city. He won't though because this stunt has nothing to do with what is actually desired by the citizens of Alberta.

Rempel-Garner is right that there is a clear link between COVID and measles in Alberta (not the rest of Canada). And it can be traced to political culture and the actions of the Kenney/Smith governments.

Agreed, especially if students have on their person a kindle, phone, or similar device that can access library databases which are accessible to students via the provincial interlibrary loan system which students are currently permitted to use. Seems like a reach but an open lever to outright ban
