There's a study verifying AI is destroying critical thinking skills. There are sooo many things children should be learning that are far more practical + important than tech that's leading to full on illiteracy while rapidly perpetuating ecological destruction. It is a privileged and unrealistic outlook to think anyone in the US will always be able to get them in this political climate. It's v scary

That's overly optimistic. Many ppl don't have the funds or ability to travel and find one who will. Most doctors won't do it bc they fear losing their jobs/license+being fined/jailed over practicing illegally. As it is, so many seeking it have been punished or died trying in states where it's banned

The slight majority of voters voted for him, but the majority of the population is against him. Democrats failed to make a good enough case for themselves and have been far to centrist to inspire enough support from the left. Elon also paid to ensure the win to make sure he could weasel into power.
