Husk sighed, setting down his empty glass. He'd talked with Thomas briefly about how to broach this subject with Angel and Thomas had just straight up told him 'I'm not qualified for this shit,' and ran away with one of his therapy books. So that had been no help. Husk had to do this blind.
And for someone who had never cared this much about a romantic relationship before now, he hated how out of touch he felt. He loved Angel and didn't want to hurt him. Didn't want to say something stupid or make incorrect assumptions. And he didn't want to make whatever was going on worse.

I think where the Vees are going to go wrong with each other is Val and Velvette just wanna take over Hell....

And Vox is talking about taking over HEAVEN and being a GOD

It's sooo ambitious and I think they'll go along with it at first until they start realizing how crazy it sounds.

Tbh I have no idea where she’ll stand but I do think all the Vees will break up in some way. I think Val probably has more sentimental feelings toward them as a trio than they do which is why I think he’ll lean on Angel.

Sorry for the long thread, but it dawned on me that maybe Val being left alone could be what brings Angel back to him and needed to write out my thoughts

But Val is always there. Val is a love that he knows will always be there. Val cared enough to get him out of Vox's claws. Val is apologetic and willing to make things work now.

Charlie no longer needs him as the poster boy because of Pentious... Husk doesn't actually love him...

So why not?

Because if Val is the one to save him and the hotel is too preoccupied with Vox? It might cause issues. And imagine all these new sinners are in the hotel now, occupying Charlie's time... a love interest in Husk who he thinks doesn't requite his feelings...

He starts lovebombing because he knows of the treatment he received from Vox all season and wants to rectify that.

Now here is where it gets complicated because depending on where Angel's mindset is about the hotel at this point, he might be very willing to go back to Val if he starts lovebombing

So now Val is left with no one. Velvette is gone, Vox is wherever the ending of Season 2 takes him, and the only constant thing he has left in his life is Angel Dust. So *Val* is the one to save him from Vox during the final battle.

This will cause problems between Velvette and Val BUT I think Valentino does have romantic feelings for Vox that he isn't sure is requited. He wants to save him but Velvette??? It's hard to know how invested Velvette is with Vox and Val. She might separate herself from the situation entirely.
