As someone who both tries to avoid Amazon and has a lot of friends who rely on it this way, I think this is a fantastic suggestion!
I know there's been a lot of talk about not buying books from Amazon, but also how that would hurt so many indie authors who rely on Amazon and KU.
One thing you can do to counter that is request your favorite indie book at your local bookstore and library! Make noise about those books!
