How is trump being allowed to assume presidency? He is clearly ineligible. Multiple courts have established that he participated in an insurrection and he is therefore INELIGIBLE to assume to post per sec 3 of the 14thA. No court case has ruled that it does not apply.

Should Democrats move to the right? Absolutely not. That's morally wrong and bad politics.

As the maga/new repub crowd contemplates tax policy, I have a serious question. If corporations are "people" for the purposes of election contributions, why are they not "people" for the purposes of taxes. They should pay the same rates we do....

When Republicans are in power, they rack up giant deficits, mainly by cutting taxes on corporations and the wealthy.

Then when Democrats take the reins, Republicans blame them for being big spenders.
