Easy to say *after* you already let the most protected dems sell us out. It's insulting how stupid you think we are. You allowed them to vote yes, and now it'll only need a simple majority where you can pretend you're against it. You have greatly underestimated how different this is from before.

@ossoff.bsky.social is going to lose his seat to MTG if he votes for this. Even SHE'S been speaking out against allowing these ACA credits to expire. If she's spoken out against it, but he voted to allow this to happen, it doesn't matter whether she's grifting or not. She will use this to easily win

Benchling is amazing! There's a tiny bit of a learning curve but I love using it for planning my PCR and CRISPR constructs. :)

His attacks recently are basically "how could a poor person possibly be intelligent or make good decisions for a city???" which isn't as good of a look as he thinks it is. 💀

It's always bothered me that the two big options seemed to be either corporations owning journalism, or government funded state sponsored media, which could also become very problematic for other reasons. This is the first solution I've seen that makes me go, "Huh. This could work!"

Oh wow, this is SO cool! I've never heard of anything like this! What a creative solution, like democracy vouchers! The corporate buyout of nearly all journalism, even at the local level, is something that has concerned me for a long time. This is the first proposal I've seen to even glance at it.

How do you know if they're federal actions if the people are refusing to show identification or warrants? There are already cases of people impersonating ICE and kidnapping and assaulting women. This isn't safe for anyone.

Right??? Punishable by death and removal of everyone in his administration, including JD Vance. If he didn't explicitly call it war, he could try and make a claim that it was just feds handling crime/immigration (which we know is false anyways). But he's admitting it so explicitly. War.

That was my first thought. I knew there were ties to Epstein but didn't automatically assume he necessarily participated in any criminal actions, but him going against everything he's stood for to go to this event the week that a petition is going around to release the files... not looking great.
