I would prefer not to.
I don't really follow the NBA, but I love that San Antonio is doing well, giving me a few bright spots of positivity on my Spurs timeline. #coys and #coysas

I wish BlueSky could refine the algo so that I don't have to see Pool fans whining all over my timeline. Spurs didn't come to play with hate in their heart. The Xavi tackle was clumsy. He knew it. He didn't fight it. He checked on VVD and apologized post-game. ... #coys

All craziness aside, I fail to see what Archie and Lucas bring to the 11. They are both bright young talents and need to play every week... somewhere on loan. They are not ready. Xavi isn't ready. Odobert and maybe Tel (though we've barely seen him) aren't ready. #coys

Obviously St. Francis isn't elite competition, and Big Ollie is gonna get the talk, but looked to me like Golden was trying Ingram, Brown, and Lloyd out with the second team to increase depth. Really need one of those dudes to step up, and Brown looks the most ready. Good hustle, good size. #gators

I guess this is pretty well documented, but that's Wemby in the NBA Cup Final intro carrying a Brando Sando nove (in French). #booksky #NBACup

@vftlpodcast.bsky.social It has to be time to realize that any vibes roller coaster perception over the last few weeks has been undue optimism. Vs Toon, we only draw because of a Herculean effort by a CB doing what our striker simply can't.

All five subs used and Richy still on the field. I might be #frankout for that. #coys

Ah, I see we shall mount a comeback by subbing on noted goal threats (checks notes) Paulinha and Ben Davies. #coys

What is the point of taking a free kick in the attacking half backward? Can Spurs not pass around the back four any time they want? Set something up and put the ball in the box! Asinine. #coys

As a transfer from the Ivy, Lee has done about as well as anyone should've expected. Boogie, though, is massively underperforming, and the Gators won't be able to make a serious run if he can't be both a deep threat and a slash-and-create guy for the bigs. #gators

Will the fact that Igor Jesus isn't in the Brazil set up mean Cuti doesn't HAVE to get a red today for obliterating him? Can someone mention that to him? #coys
December 14, 2025 at 2:16 PM
Feeling genuinely positive after a game is... weird? Lessons learned: 1. Stick with Xavi, especially against weaker sides to let him develop. 2. Drop Paulinha against teams Spurs *should* beat for added attacking. 3. Mo fares much better when he's not the whole offense. ... #coys

Best touch of Xavi's Spurs career so far. Was that Bentacur or Porro that played the ball over the top? It was a beaut. #coys

Gah. Starting Richy "left" is managerial malpractice. Three actual wingers on the bench. What is the plan here? #coys

(Cue a Richy masterclass.)

As I watched, I thought, "I'd trade Spurs front three for Newcastle's in a second. I'd trade the midfield three in a nanosecond. But I'd keep the back line." Cuti proving me right in all the ways. Has to do it all himself. #coys

The idea that players aren't working their hardest is such laughable, non-athletic nonsense. Imagine getting to peak levels and then saying, "Nahhhh". The performances aren't because the players don't care. They either aren't any better than what they show or cannot do better in the system. #coys

I cracked it: I don't like Christmas music. I LIKE listening to jazz or string quarters or full orchestras and recognizing the music.

Too bad there's no way to get that fix otherwise.

What does Richy offer that Tel, Brenn, Xavi, and Wilson do not? #coys
November 29, 2025 at 8:19 PM
I worry Spurs fans have the memory of fruit flies. Goal #1 -- absolute cinema. But goals 2 and 3 were lucky chances not created from anything. Meanwhile, an excessively defensive side gave up five goals, like the defensive set up that coughed up four this weekend. This is WORRYING. #coys

Wait, I know I'm dumb, but why can RKM play against his parent club? Why do Spurs WANT him to? #coys #questions
November 26, 2025 at 8:02 PM
Two goalies, a hyphenated name, Gentle Ben, and somebody named Thompson on the bench. No creative players in the starting 11. Here we go. #coys
November 26, 2025 at 7:04 PM
NOT saying Frank is immune from criticism, but I am saying Spurs entered the season with Richy as a 9 with Dom out, no established LW, no established 10 with Madders out, a glut of MFs but no clear 8, no left-footed back-up LB or LCB, and a misfiring Brenn returning the most goals. #coys

I fear these kind of matches are locker room breakers. When the direction is to go out and play ugly, defensive football, and even that doesn't work, everyone (players and fans) ends up angry. #coys
November 23, 2025 at 5:19 PM
Welp. Three subs at the half? Xavi, Pedro, RKM? #coys

Honestly a horrible game to watch for Spurs fans. At least this Spurs fan. #coys
