Yes I got me some zebra rock when I worked there over one summer. I see lots of kaolinite everywhere WA in weathering profiles but now I know I also have some precious dickite in me hand and can wear it around my neck

A scene of a rocky cliff of banded iron formation, with the Iron Ore Plant (Astrotricha hamptonii) and BIF Rock Daisy (Pilbara trudgenii) growing out of rock crevices on cliff faces. These species are endemic to Hamersely Range, in the Pilbara region Western Australia. They literally grow out of tiny crevices of skeletal loam on BIF. Close up of the flowers of the BIF Rock Daisy, PIlbara Trudgenii. a scene of Iron Ore Plants (Astrotricha hamptonii) growing out of cliffs of banded iron formation.
