My favorite theory is that this was supposed to be a raw milk marketing campaign and admin lawyers told them how insane that would be, but the marketing money was already marked for this purpose so they pivoted to whole milk

I'm pretty tired of the factions mechanically speaking. Keep the simmering tension between them in the story but I want them to tear down some of the remaining barriers keeping players in different factions apart.
