I just looked at my manga backlog and was instantly filled with dread.

Here's my manga shelf. I don't have a lot of physical manga (it's expensive) but I have managed to buy some of my favorite works. I definitely want to buy a lot more, but that'll take time. For now my digital library will do. I also left out my other book shelves because those don't have manga.

I want to go around different kinds of stores and pick out some canned item that seems strange to me just to try. I think this is a good way to discover foods I might like that I would almost never come across. Maybe I'll do this today.

I need to go back and watch some of the anime that I used to love 8-9 years ago. I just want to see how they hold up to my present tastes. I can think of a few that I probably won't like as much anymore, but there's a lot that I vaguely remember enough to be able to know. Regardless, time flies fast

Tried listening to Chet Baker while studying, but he's so good that I can't listen to him while doing something else. Need to find something good, but not so good that it's distracting.

I have been re-reading all of Riichi Ueshiba's main works and I forgot just how strikingly different Yume Tsukai is compared to his other works. I've read it multiple times but the transition between his works never stops hitting me. Definitely one of my favorite mangaka of all time.

Hunting gear as fashion is kind of boring. Like all the camo shit and stuff like that. I think hiking gear looks cooler especially if its like that 80s-90s style hiking/camping gear.
