If you’re feeling really fancy, get a herb butter. And then you can also cook veggies in the meat juices in the pan.

Steak on the counter for 30-60 mins, salt and pepper on both sides. Oil into a ripping hot pan, steak in. Cook for 5 minutes and then flip. Top with butter (mandatory) and smashed garlic and fresh herbs (optional). Cook for 5 more minutes and baste. Remove, let rest, and then slice.
