Better OC than HC. What would you say to the arg that we have zilch shot at a good HC candidate this yr unless picking top-2 and Oregon QB comes out, both of which should happen? (Suppose could treat it like drafting QBs: keep taking shots until one sticks.)

Yes, same shirt tug from behind in middle of the field is a yellow. Absurd for there to be any complaints. Ref couldn't see that from outside the box, so it needed VAR, but should be uncontroversial. But Ekitike moved his arm away from his side, so correct borderline handball.

Is it oversimplifying just to say any elite team would be happy with Caicedo as their 6, and at elite level that's now the rarer find than an 8/Rice? Also wonder how you'd compare him w Camav & Tchaoum at RMad, where it seems they're not much allowed the ball, so difficult to judge.

Source? PL guidance I've found unspecifically is "justifiable position/action" -- so you're making the ref case: BCTark couldn't possibly get his torso near the ball and bc it was (as per IFAB) an obv delib move toward the ball, the action is unjustified. Not same as, eg, jumping straight up.

Seems a great fit -- playing across the back 4 four, sometimes as a quasi-6 and inverted LB/RB, so could help his England candidacy even with limited starts.

Mostly a homegrown players issue, no? For ChLg rules esp their squad is thin, so his versatility would help, but seems not a great longterm play.

Madueke def not better yet, but arguably more upside: one more wide attacker w / phys traits to become elite, and we'll see, right? Same as Martinelli used to be.Kudus was already elite-ish for a season, but he also disappears for Afcon.
