I found a thread the other day with details on encoding good quality video at the moment bsky.app/profile/jaz....
Right now the working limits is 60 seconds, <50MB, and the streamed resolution from the CDN to start will be two options, 360p@500kbps and 720p@1500kbps. Videos will get framerates downsampled to 30fps.
"Original" versions which get stored on the PDS will be 3mbps, 1080p, 30fps.

I feel this too and I almost always have that same thought, however I also genuinely think it becomes a constant part of our lives as we grow and gain perspective
