I think Congress should push ethics law enforcement for SCOTUS if Dems take the house back. Push it through on a simple majority because who TF wants to die on the hill of keeping judges from being held to basic ethical and anti corruption standards? Biden should have pushed this through.

Term limits and enforcement of the same ethics laws and standards of any other judge, including retroactive enforcement! If Sam & Clarence & Co don’t like the ethics violation consequences, then they can retire. If they don’t, they can be retired due to their multiple
ethics violations.

Imagine overturning voting rights while ICE is demonstrating gov’t enforced racism & Congress heard life altering harassment of election workers in majority black districts by the president’s henchmen last time he lost. Disgusting that they are pretending racist gerrymandering doesn’t exist.

Seems like juries are the best check on the executive branch. Amazing. What a great statement that everyday people can lead the way, exposing the corruption & cowardice of high level officials.
