If I were to cosplay that, I would be snaps or magnets on the shirt to keep the shoulder armor on. Either that or create a buckle that goes diagonal across the chest and connects to both shoulder pieces.

Looks like the actual clothes are a wrap design with a clasp, but are you talking about the armor?
