- Some good friends gave us a giant jar of locally roasted unshelled peanuts for Christmas and they are delicious 😁

- Got shopping done before the college football playoffs come to town.

- Collecting data to find out how much dry cat food BigCat eats. (about 0.25 lbs per day.)

- The Reverse Coloring Book. It’s a nice change of pace when I’m feeling abstract.

- Duolingo. Even if I do nothing else, I learn a little every day.

- Adding knotted neckwear to my outfits. It makes me feel a shade more professional.

A really good thing today: I can now not get work emails when I’m not at work.

iPhone. Focus mode: home. Geofenced and triggered when I am at home. When in this mode, activate Focus Profile in Outlook: Personal -> only receive notifications from my personal accounts.

- Spent some time kicking tires on knitting and crochet patterns. I’m having a good time making a scarf, so I’m letting my mind run away a bit with the fantasy that I’ll make scarves for everyone.

sharing for the benefit of others, I just tried these stretches and managed to crack my hip in a way it’s needed for months. so good.
