ESPN cricinfo is totally a shit and biased portal. I remember when Aus toured Ireland in 2023 there was no commentary on Cricinfo website/app or even NZ vs Eng in 2024 but when Ireland toured India in 2025, there was ball by ball commentary by Cricinfo. Their priorities lie with Indian cricket only.

It happens, not always the better team win always. It also proves cricket is a team game, South Africa have only 5-6 players who can perform at the biggest level.

Rightly mentioned, starting with fresh faces going forward will not help England in next 2 years but it will help them in 2029 or 2033. England need to start grooming those talents so that they will get ample exposure of international cricket.

Top order and middle order with the likes of Dunkley, Capsey never seen them performed at all and England have only 2 batters who can rescue them from dip hole. I reckon they missed a big chance by not letting Lamb to open. Lamb needs to open.

With the schedule released yesterday for the summer of 2026, I reckon the 3 matches against NZ scheduled in September will occur in May 2026, 3 ODI and 3 T20. FTP schedule and 2026 summer schedule is kind of a mismatch.

.. captain herself admits that "some fielders get surprised when the ball comes towards them". They execute well in practice but can't on the field. So much improvement needed in the fielding department.

I reckon England lost this series because of sloppy fielding and wrong XI selection in ODIs. But from being 8/2 chasing 300+ target they batted accordingly to situation. If this chase was under Jonball they would've all out by 200. Smart cricket played under Lottie. Fielding needs serious concern.

It's better they drop Amy Jones, never see her performing when it actually matters either with bat or keeping skills. Cross being senior bowler started to shift the momentum after 30 over mark. So so poor
