She has a large electric wheelchair and can stay in it and have the wheels strapped down or if she’s using the smaller chair (still electric) she can transfer herself sideways to and from the back passenger seat

If that means wheelchair access, then yes. It’s a Mercedes van that’s a step down in the range from the UPS vans
