Some good news: action to stop profiteering in children's care

Sunday morning reading: Coming of Age by Lucy Foulkes. A brilliant if brutal read about adolescence. Would highly recommend, though it will get you thinking about your teenage self!

I see Helen Hayes has been appointed to Chair the Education Select Committee, which bodes well. Was slightly staggered to see this - though I don't know why as I've been following education policy for a good long while!

Right, as much as I'm enjoying the basic early twitter feel that Blue Sky is bringing, is an edit button too much to ask for?! Apparently so 😭

a) is a problem across many developed economies

b) is a problem shared by front line grad careers nursing and social care (I.e. careers which have only become grad careers in the last 30 years)

Okay, something that I've already clocked having only been on here one whole morning is Blue Sky's ability to be an absolute distraction and procrastination tool in the same way that Twitter was but with much less toxic bullshit. Amen to that 🙌😂
