Some of those who faced criminal charges after joining the mob that stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, are expected to attend Donald Trump's inauguration today. Trump has vowed repeatedly to pardon many of those who have been charged, perhaps including even defendants accused of violent crimes.
