I’ve been there a few times. I grew up on the sunny south shore of Long Island and tried so hard to get a tan every summer, because what did we know back then. My nose has been Mohsed three times.

My son went to a science camp every summer and took advanced calculus at the local community college while in HS. The camp has closed, but I bet there are others.

I don’t know. He would need to travel first to a friendlier country, and I don’t know whether he could do that without a passport. There are probably other obstacles, since I suppose there’s now a new order of deportation against him. I’ve never practiced immigration law.

I haven’t heard of her, but I googled her. Yes, she should be contacted — even informally — but apparently she still works for a federal agency (HHS) so she may not want to stick her neck out. Her name seems to be Ann Marie Villafana.

The judge in Tennessee said they can’t take any action against him for the time being. I don’t have the opinion in front of me any more, but that’s my recollection.

No. The immigration judge that denied the asylum petition was not a real judge; immigration judges are appointed by the executive branch. The judge who found that KAG had some evidence of vindictive prosecution is a federal district judge in the Middle District of Tennessee.
