I had a lovely follow-up counselling session with @annehealthcare.bsky.social this morning.

I can be completely honest with where I'm at, and feel supported.

This is how trans healthcare *should* be. The NHS, even if you can access it, is still stuck in gatekeeper mode.

Caroline Litman is carrying the Baton of Hope through Leeds in memory of her daughter Alice, a young trans woman who died by suicide at just 20 years old.

She was three years into a six-year wait for gender-affirming care at the time.
