My favorite daughter and some of her closest friends are working their way towards careers in the aviation industry. It’s a rigorous course of study. That is all. If anyone tells you otherwise, kindly invite them to fuck right off.

Had five-ish days of having both baby birds back in the nest. Today it’s empty again (though J has been stuck at the airport since noon, so…).
I’m super smitten with these two and love watching them grow and find their places in the world. But damn I hate the days when they leave. #momlife

I’m currently serving a (thankfully) limited sentence (I do legit feel I must have committed a crime to land here) working in a firmwide pool of associates responsible for monitoring a shared inbox receiving thousands of emails in a day. It’s relentless and soul sucking.

First Bluesky post: annoyingly proud mom to 2 amazeballs college aged kids, wife to a dude I love dearly yet sometimes want to strangle, and generally loving this age/stage of my life. BUT, there are days I fucking miss my kids so much it hurts. This would be one of those days.
