The House Budget Resolution could
cut $880 million in Medicaid funding. This affects us all. Hospitals will have to float uninsured’s bills and hospitals will go bankrupt. This isn’t “trimming the fat,” it is ill informed butchery. They are purging society’s most vulnerable and we can’t stay silent!

Like millions of other cancer survivors the NIH saved my life. In 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 4 Lymphoma. I have undergone five lines of treatment, three of which were recently FDA approved because of NIH funded clinical trials. If I didn’t receive these lifesaving treatments I would have died.
