User needs first
Service design second
Operating model third
Technology fourth

This order is still reversed way too often.

We disagree, but I have no issue with it because the backlog for justice for so many is horrendous. To me, it seems like a sensible move.

I'm sorry, I don't get it. I see an administration getting on with the job and not rising to the taunts of the febrile press, which I think is a good thing. The fact that the MSM is switching people off Labour means they're basically getting turkeys to vote for Xmas and that's what's worrying.

We’re watching a shift where AI simulates the cohesion and reinforcement that used to require an entire online community. A single person can now build a complete parallel reality with nothing more than a prompt window. Which seems bad.

The algomasters are taking over our lives, sector by sector. Not dystopian at all.

There's a news story here in the UK atm about how dynamic pricing is pushing affordability limits for entertainment and sporting events. I suspect the same is happening with travel and lesiure, driven by algos/data insights from travel platforms like Booking.com. They own Google leisure search now.

To illustrate, my partner and I went to Soneva Fushi for 8 days in 1998. About £2k each and definitely not cheap, but now the nightly rate there is £5,656 GBP. Wtf? That’s not inflation. And who would spend that?

I have…I’m probably being picky but definitely want a pool and no need to cook. The point is everything seems to be an exhorbitant, industrial scale rip off in the premium holiday sector these days.
