The post of @elizabethjacobs.bsky.social from yesterday has a link to the Federal Register notice describing the study, it says single-blind control study. It's a study of Hep B vaccine in infants. It's so unethical and racist.

It's so awful and so white supremacist, to do an unethical study in Africa because it couldn't be done here.

I keep seeing more and more political posts and not so many from friends or science people I follow. I have to go search friends by name and then I find I've missed a week or two of posts.

I missed that tradition when I was young and didn't learn about it till our kids were elementary, and I'm so glad I never did it.
