I see he's also trying to use the Ultimate Visual Guide and the short story The Carrior Lord of the Emperor in the Era of Ruin anthology (both published after but written before 10th Codex) to insist that GW has "decanonized" women Custodes

A guy just knocked on my door passing out invites to the new Evangelical church he's apparently starting up in town (and will be the pastor of), and he was accompanied by his two kids that he introduced as "my boys, Andrew and Jackson", and I need a moment to process the implications of that.

Fans of 40k have wanted women Space Marines and started publishing homebrewed all-woman Space Marine chapters in gaming magazines since Rogue Trader itself came out.

What is it with chuds and this argument? I remember arguing at the Other Place with some guy who absolutely RAGED at my suggestion that I could use helmeted current Custodes minis to represent women Custodes in the game, because "how could you tell they were supposed to be women" if I did that.

Yeah, I really enjoyed seeing his "I'm totally enjoying being a Daemon Prince of Chaos" thing get punctured, because he is such a smug snake in pretty much every other appearance. Every other traitor primarch is some flavor of miserable - he deserves at least a little of his share of that!

The other categories are primarchs I love but whose novels and stories are oddly uninteresting to me (like Corax), primarchs I both love and love reading about (Vulkan), and primarchs who can just go to hell both in-universe and out.

He's definitely one of the primarchs that I hate, but I love reading novels and stories featuring him ("Fulgrim" is probably my favorite of the early Horus Heresy novels).
