There's a scam where they call from what looks like your bank's phone number asking about suspicious charges. They have your personal information and the last four digits of your card. They then ask for your PIN. Never give out your PIN. Hang up and call your bank. From a TX police department page.

I've cut back on my sugar intake, I've incorporated more fruits and veggies, and I'm smoking slightly less. I'm also drinking more water albeit probably not enough. Does anyone know where I can find healthier recipes that doesn't require a bazillion ingredients? Thanks in advance!
