The paradox of tolerance is a philosophical concept attributed to Karl Popper suggesting that if a society extends tolerance to those who are intolerant, it risks enabling the eventual dominance of intolerance, thereby undermining the very principle of tolerance.

SHOCK CELL PHONE VIDEO: Renee Good's final words to her murderer: “That’s fine dude, I’m not mad at you.”

ICE agent Jonathan Ross after shooting and killing her seconds later: “Fuckin’ bitch.”

It is the most bizarre, dissonant experience to watch the video of the shooting in MN yesterday and have people - the so called "leaders" as well as their Kool-Aid drinking acolytes - explain that I didn't see what I saw. People watching the same video explain it confidently as something it's not.

Members of Congress: stop posting online and APPEAR, PHYSICALLY on the steps of the Capitol to decry this unconstitutional violation of domestic & international law. SHOW THE PEOPLE the level of danger we are facing as a country.

After not working 10 days in a row and returning today (a Friday), yesterday felt like a weird Sunday. Today is wonky.

Happy Holidays! Took my 22yo to some of our traditional stops. He loves them as much now as he did when he was small. Fills my heart to see his smile.

Yesterday, my 22 yo son and I watched the Christmas Traditions parade in St Charles MO. It's a 10 minute parade we've gone to since he was small. This mama's heart was full, seeing him grinning with the same joy he had the first time we enjoyed it.

Our family health insurance premiums will be going up by 23% next year over what we're paying now. If we'd stayed with my employer it would have gone up 28%.

Chances of cost of living raises in the new year coming anywhere close to covering that, not to mention other increased costs? ZERO

I'm fairly certain that IT using font size 8 on our in house software is ageist. Is that a thing? It seems like it's a thing.

The top three things Jesus was on about were feeding the hungry, healing the sick, and welcoming the stranger. Rich men have convinced so-called Christians to starve the hungry, gut health care, and deport the stranger to enrich themselves. It’s astoundingly anti-Christ.

I wonder about all of his sycophants' dedication to lying. The way Leavitt and Bondi just lie out right with not just a straight face, but with passionate conviction, it's astonishing.
I am completely awestruck by the ease with which Mike Johnson lies on a daily basis. I'll never understand how such a transparently fraudulent "man of faith" can live with themselves. Life is too short to be that phony.

Kicked October off with a bang. Amazing Harry Potter themed tea at La Patisserie Chouquette. A super fun witch gathering in a local community. Extremists frantically praying for all of the naughty witches. It was a full day.

Turns out that feeding husband as he gets older and finickier is much like feeding a toddler. Find out the exception and work with it. Food that he doesn't like becomes palatable when it's wrapped in a flour tortilla and called a burrito. Follow me for more tips for living with an old man. 😜

145 AM Saturday morning I got a text from my 21 yo college senior. He counted 10 shots fired right under his balcony in a midsized college town. He was watching the emergency activity. Cops on scene in seconds. Girl shot dead walking path he walks every day. 2 others injured. Fucking gun culture.

I tried to thoughtfully express something on my mind on… mumbleothersite… vile, fragile man baby begins harassing me and friends with misogynistic bigoted bullshit. I snapped back. Husband now worried exercising my 1A rights may make me vulnerable. Friday fun in the USA.
