Self validating. Six little penguins. This is really hard and I’m proud of myself this feeling is uncomfortable and it’ll be okay. I will have compassion and honour my feelings. I’m feeling overwhelmed but now this is temporary. This will pass for now this feeling is here. I try my best and that’s enough.
