I think the day after the election I bought a subscription to The Economist. I do some adjunct teaching so I was able to get a discount. Calm British voices and a once a week editions helps slow things down for me

I’ve always felt pretty inept at hair stuff. I went old school about a decade ago and started using hot rollers and that seems to work for me. I feel a bit more polished and I don’t have think too much about it, which is my sweet spot
