Philip and Andrew have generously donated many wonderful items to us @nvmuk.bsky.social including their hand-drawn map for 'Dizzy III' (Fantasy World Dizzy). It's one of our greatest treasures!

As I understand it, the Oliver Twins were struggling to include all the definition and shape they wanted on a full-body human figure due to the limited number of pixels they could use. They played around with making the whole character just a face, essentially, and Dizzy was born.

The model was created by Phoebe Shakespeare, Nate Gibson, Charlotte Henery, and Helen Hebert, and commissioned by YRS TRULY for ustwo games.

(The windows do light up, but they were switched off when I took the photos.)

3. I did not know Hana Lee worked on MV3 - we were lucky enough to borrow some of her sketchbooks at the museum for our Art of Play exhibition a few years ago, and they were great.
4. I shouldn't have a boat; I can't steer them. (Sorry, Boatem.)

My thoughts: (beware spoilers)

1. There's an archivist collecting memories! In a videogame! I'm very excited about this because it sort of overlaps with my RL job!
2. CACTUS LEVEL (I love cacti)
